In the 2 times this event has been run it has clashed with a major NSWPBA tournament.

Well, the dates for NSWPBA events were posted a long time ago.
I also know Graham has checked calendars for snooker and I put him in touch with Ron.

So, what's gone wrong this time?
Any ideas?

Wayne is not yet an affiliate of the bsansw, we will know more after our next meeting on the 11th.

I just called Ron, an he said he does not have the pool calendar, so if someone could get onto him..

Ok, just in case Ron and Graham have not spoken/exchanged details as I thought they did last year I have emailed Ron with a link to the dates/newsletter.

Hopefully the meeting on 11th is fruitful and they can come onboard and look at all the major cue sport tournaments already locked in for 2010 to avoid future clashes.

Yes, #1 priority is not to clash the major tournaments.
